Beer can filling and sealing unit machine
Beer can filling-sealing 2-1 machine is a filling sealing 2 in 1 machine designed combined with the actual situation in our country after the introduction and absorption.
It adopts isobaric filling principle and filling valve adopts high precision mechanical valve. It has advantages of fast filling speed, high precision in liquid level and realizing that it only starts to filling when there is a can, otherwise it will stop filling. Using the device structure of filling valve precover device plus supporting can bottom device, it can guarantee the maximum stability of cans when they passing in and out of the filling machine. Filling cylinder braces use worm-gear box going up and down to satisfy cans of different height. Float switches in the filling cylinder ensure a smooth liquid inlet.
The main transmission adopts gear transmission belt and gear box type exposed drive combination with advantages of high efficiency, low noise and smooth operation. It adopts frequency conversion steeples speed regulation and is controlled by PLC industrial computers. Sealing machine and filling machine are connected by hooks coupling universal coupling to make sure them a same working pace.
Main technical features:
1) For empty cans there is washing and blowing with can top with carbon dioxide when filling over and before sealing. It can reduce the oxygen increment effective.
2) During the filling process, the cans cannot lift, valves lifts. Valve lifts controlled by air cylinder not controlled by the ordinary mechanical movements, consequently little wear.
3) Filling machine and sealing machine have the same pitch which makes transportation speed more stable, it hasn’t out transition sprocket like small cans filling & sealing machine.
4) Perfect controlling of liquid level in filling tank. It ensures a stable liquid for tank in filling process.

Accessory equipment
Can depalletizer:
This machine is specially design for empty cans. It carries the empty cans by layers onto the accumulations table so as to send the cans to the canning line.
Can rinser:
It is used to clean empty can in canning production line. Empty cans will be sent to turning device first, which will be turned around then transferred into rinsing machine. Empty can will be running from top to bottom along the turning device. When empty cans enter into rinsing machine, they will be cleaned by 80℃ hot water (provided by customer) to reach aseptic state of can. There is certain inclination angle in both sides of rinser, whose size could be adjusted properly when needed. Empty cans will be rolling in parallel way from top to end; the waste water will be discharged from outfall.
Tunnel pasteurizer:
This spray warm and cooling machine also named tunnel pasteurizer, which is different from the direct heat method (instantaneous sterilization), tunnel pasteurizer sterilize products and containers together, so that you can eliminate various possible causes of the growth of harmful bacteria within the allowed time.
Liquid level detector:
This liquid level detector is matching for the automatic canning line to fill beer. When the filling volume can not match the standard, the machine will remove the cans automatically to ensure the quality of the products.
Dryer:
1. This machine is applicable for drying the cans/bottles before labelling.
2. The wind direction is adjustable. The wind mouth can also be adjusted according to actual situation.
3. Almost every kind and size of bottles can be dried by this machine.
4. Low energy cost.
5. No easy-wear accessories or parts.
Labeling machine:
1. Suitable for a round bottlefront, back and neck label, flat and round bottles, single sided labeling, such as flat shampoo bottles and flat bottles of lubricating oil, liquid soap round bottle, wine bottle, etc.
2. Double the efficiency, which are widely used in chemical, cosmetics, petrochemical, pharmaceutical and other industries.
Printer
1. Equipped with vacuum ink recycle system to reduce the consumption of the ink, small occupation. Self-adjust when there's break, to confirm the best printing effect.
