Fruit cut and peeling conveyor

Working principle: At the end of the cleaning process of fruits, this machine can select the bad fruit and remove them. It can also peel fruits like oranges.

Fruit break and extractor machine

This machine is used to denucleate and pulp drupes(mangos,peaches,and apricots, etc.) and precooked kernel fruit(apples , pears, etc.)It is equipped with an exchangeable filter screen.


Syrup filter

This machine is suitable for removing the solid matter from fresh milk, syrup, beverages and any liquid. Two filters can change using each other; it is not necessary to stop the machine as you change the filter net, and it also is suitable to work for a long time.

 

Mixing tank

This equipment is an assistant part for carbonation water and wine on beverage filling line. It is used to mix syrup and other kind of liquid. It is made of super stainless steel. It has nice outlook, safe, hygiene characteristic and so on.

 

Homogenizer

The high-pressure homogenizer and high-pressure reciprocating pump are power transmission and material conveying mechanism. Strong shear force, impact and cavitations can be produced under the influence of high pressure so as to micronized the liquid materials or liquid-carrier particles.


Vacuum degasser

The degasser is one of the necessary equipment in fruit juice or fruit tea production line. It is mainly used for degassing the homogenized juice under vacuum condition and to prevent the juice from being oxidized and then to prolong the shell life of juice.


Flash Heat Pasteurization

This equipment is mainly used for sterilizing juice, milk, beverage, wine and other fluid materials. It can also be used to sterilize soybean milk, fluid drug material.
